Scaffolding Inspector / Team Leader

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
1. Inspection of scaffolds and verify the installation in accordance to the scaffolding stand and install green tags to authorize if for use.
2. Field monitoring of the installed scaffolds and renewal of green tags on weekly basis for scaffolds in use more than one week.
3. Close monitoring and follow up for scaffolds job request priority wise.
4. Prepare weekly report for scaffolds ready for removals and in use for long durations.
5. Ensure field compliance of safety requirement to insulation procedures and standards and inspection of Insulation Installation at all intermediate Stage.
6. Cost saving by close monitoring of scaffolding.
7. Ensure compliance to procedure PKSHEM 08.09 Working at Height and validation of scaffolding check list requirements be authorizing and tagging scaffold for use.
8. Co-ordinate with maintenance, contractors and all other end users for execution of scaffold requests as per priority and controlling of back logs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree: College Level/Graduate
Minimum exp: 5 Years
Special skills and knowledge: Awareness to scaffolding, insulation standards, SAP System, MS Office and good command in written and spoken English Language. Experience of scaffolding/insulation inspector in petrochemical industry and standards.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
BGAS certificate, TUV certified and third party certificate scaffolding and Insulation Inspector
