JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure effective and accurate administration of procurement systems, call center and overseeing documentation of suppliers/vendors and ensuring that tasks/queries are kept in line with the SLA
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Maintaining client relationship with clients through monthly status reports and attending meetings
• Providing SCM (Supply Chain Management)/ System Support to clients and assisting clients/suppliers with queries via email and telephonically through the call centre
• Monitoring and following up on acquisitions and system performance
• Assisting in Preparing Proposals and Compiling Tenders
• Assist with testing any system improvements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Matric
• Must be a Procurement/SCM graduate
• Must be computer literate with highly accurate, speedy and grammatically correct typing skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be a Fast learner
• Must reside within Ormonde or surrounding areas

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 -5:00
