A well-established printing company is recruiting a Screen Print Co-ordinator to manage a team of approximately 25 staff. The incumbent will be required to prepare the printing jobs for production and maintain a good production flow in the factory. Work must be checked for quality and maintaining the plant. The client is looking for a good problem solver that's technically minded. Must have experience in managing factory staff, labour relations, understanding of the printing industry and a good eye for colour. The client is looking for someone that will be groomed into a Printing Supervisor in a short space of time which would indicate that good leadership skills will put you at an advantage and that career growth will be offered.
