Skilled - Senior Position

A Financial Leader seeks a Scrum Master that can develop a team into a high performance team & be an expert on Scrum and Agile
• Helps to achieve Sprint Goals, sprint planning, retrospective and sprint reviews
• Good communication between the BAs, developers, UX and UI designers, testers

Qualifications & Experience:
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner
• Knowledge and/or experience of Kanban
• Relevant IT or project management related degree
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2)
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• 1 years’ experience working in a Scrum Master role
• 2 years’ experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with transitioning organisations to agile a benefit
