Scrum Master - Fixed Term Contract (Banking /Financial Services)

We are urgently seeking seasoned Scrum Master with experienced gained within the Financial Services sectors. You will ensure the effective and efficient running of the SCRUM process for software development and you will be required to facilitate the communication between the various stakeholders as well as enable continuous improvement.

You will possess experience in the following areas:
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
• Total Business/Banking Experience: Approx. 10 Years
• Knowledge and experience in the successful delivery of projects in the banking industry.5 Years.
• Knowledge of SAP would also be advantageous.
• Good understanding of the system development life cycle
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Worked in a multi-project environment

Educational and proficiency level:
• Degree in Information Technology / Systems, or similar
• Or You hold a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or PSM II) OR PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner
• You have an understanding of Kanban and Lean Software Development
• You have any other relevant Agile certifications

You will be a key player in some exciting and company-changing system-related projects that are currently in the pipeline, and will be responsible for business, system and functional analysis and design.
