A leading consultancy company is looking for a software savvy, subject matter expert and agile Scrum Master

Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for software development team, that apply solid scrum principles, practices and theories.
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I). Facilitating software development through guiding the team on how to get the most of out self organization. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a Certified Scrum Master (non-negotiable)
• Must have active experience in this role in an agile software development environment (non-negotiable)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
• Thorough understanding of development best practices
