Job Description

• Serve as liaison between technical and business departments
2. Communicate with other management, developers, product managers and technical support specialists on product issues
3. Work within a collaborative and ever changing environment
4. Management of multiple priorities and tasks as delegated
5. Support the product development process
6. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
7. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
8. Maintain process documentation
9. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
10. Support the Product Owner
11. Assist as needed with backlog maintenance
12. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
13. Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
14. Support the Development team
15. Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
16. Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
17. Identify and remove impediments
18. Prevents distractions and interference with the team
19. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
20. Empower the team to self-organize
