As a Scrum Master, the skills and expertise below are what you would need to apply for this role.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Scrum Master with strong planning and organising skills
• Deliver a project directly with external clients, work on internal projects or with a combination of clients and vendors
• Manage delivery, budgets and external dependencies
• Manage communication, monitoring, reporting and control activities throughout the project lifecycle to all levels of stakeholders.
• 5 Years’ experience in initial Project Management, solid Delivery Management, solid Development Management, QA management and/or technical consulting
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies as needed (sprint planning, daily Scrums, sprint reviews and •retrospectives).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills
