We need Customer Service Super Stars to be the initial point of contact for customers, respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints perform transactions and customer care activities. This position is a seasonal role.

Minimum Experience:

•Matric or equivalent

•6 months Customer service/Call Centre or Retail experience

•Must be flexible regarding working hours/shifts

•Computer literacy essential

•Excellent command of English language, written and verbal

•Clear criminal record
