- Ensuring an effective and friendly telephone service ?
- Screening and redirecting calls to relevant parties ?
- Assisting with / resolving inquiries and queries where possible ?
- Taking accurate messages and ensuring follow-up ?
- Welcoming and receiving visitors ?
- Maintaining the reception and visitor's area ?
- Managing access and exit to offices according to company rules and regulations ?
- Managing messaging/delivery services in and out of the offices, including courier service, mail, daily newspapers, etc?
- General administration and secretarial support as required ?

Minimum requirements/qualifications:
• Matric Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years reception / switchboard working experience is essential
• Must be literate in MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Must have basic administration skills
Must able to operate general office equipment - fax, copier etc
