RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced SECTION CONTROLLER (PRINTING INDUSTRY) for a large national concern, position based in Sandton, Johannesburg.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
1 to 2 years’ experience within production environment.
Valid forklift driver’s licence preferred.
Reading and understanding work tickets.
Recording of sections received.
Accurate filing of all data.
Giving all clear to press after production is complete and received in full.
Ensuring that work ticket allocation are completed in full with the required overs.
Checking sections received are of a high quality and within binding specifications.
Checking pallets that are received are properly packed.
House-keeping / organizing and planning layout for products to be placed.
Co-ordinating and supervise activities of the forklift driver.
Adhering to all safety regulations and work standards.
Liaising with receiving departments.
Ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained.
