Leading Property Management Company is looking for a Sectional Title Property Manager. The portfolio is a mix of residential and commercial

Responsibilities:

• Billing and collecting full levy income each month.
• Ensuring that the actual running costs of the property are correctly stated and are within authority levels provided in terms of the property’s management agreement.
• Ensuring that all statutory and contractual expenses are paid in the correct format on the correct date.
• Ensuring that the Body Corporate/POA and Trustees/Directors comply with current Sectional Titles Legislation/Constitution of the POA
• Attending to special business of the Bodies Corporate and POA as required.
• Managing on site Building Staff
• Manage the services and maintenance of the properties

Requirements:

Must be qualified Estate Agent
Fidelity fund certificate
5 years’ experience at least
