My client, an established, stable security company based in Edenvale, has recently upgraded their control center and have new vacancies due to growth.

2 x Controllers/Control Room Operators

· PSIRA registered (Grade C)

· Minimum 3 years experience in a control room as a controller

· Experience on Listener; Online Guarding; Easy Roster; tracking system

· Sense of urgency

· Think on feet, fast decisions

· Team player

· Strong communication and client skills (English and Afrikaans)

· Shifts – 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts

2 x Control Center Supervisor

· PSIRA registered (Grade C)

· Minimum 3 years experience in a team leading role within a control center

· Experience on Listener; Online Guarding; Easy Roster; tracking system

· Sense of urgency

· Think on feet, fast decisions

· Strong leadership and supervisor skills

· Strong communication and client skills (English and Afrikaans)

· Shifts – 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts


1 x Security Administrator

· PSIRA registered (advantageous)

· PC literate and typing skills (MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and security related packages

· 08h00 – 17h00 daily

· Responsible for split of duties (admin/finance/control)

· Typing of Break in Reports and capturing

Shift Manager

· PSIRA registered – Grade B

· Ex SAPS experience in a management/supervisory capacity

· Firearm Competency (preferably business purposes, but will consider personal use)

· Drivers Licence

· PC literate with MS Office, Listener; Online Guarding; Easy Roster; tracking system

· Experience managing a team

· Reporting skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong radio skills
