Medical Doctor

Location: Randburg

Qualifications:
• Registered with the HPCSA with an MBChB or equivalent

Functions:
• To identify hazards, prevent or mitigate risks, offer surveillance to check on effectiveness of mitigation programmes.
• Set up or contribute to detailed hazard analysis and risk exposure profile.
• Set up and run an occupational medical surveillance system
• Work with occupational safety to mitigate occupational risk factors with interventions from engineering/ventilation solutions to PPE.
• Contribute to disaster management planning
• Set up and pre-employment medical system which is appropriate to risk exposure.
• Offer primary health care – particular chronic disease management including HIV/AIDS

• Manage staff and Occupational nursing practitioners.

Skills:

• Analytics – Basic stats

Will be required to travel to North West weekly (Own transport essential)

Salary: Package 50K CTC per month (Package negotiable based on experience)
