WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
¦ Engage in peer-to-peer conversations with individuals at various levels to uncover their marketing/sales needs, and briefly present our value proposition
¦ Achieve set weekly and monthly Targets which are not always sales related, also adhere to our company standards.
¦ Move through our development program, Learn and apply our systems. Teach, train and develop team members.
¦ The purpose of the position is to eventually run a franchise so it is imperative that you are completely committed to your own and your teams growth and development.


IDEAL PERSON
¦ Ideally educated (Matric essential)
¦ Some experience in marketing, sales customer service or leadership desirable
¦ Excellent written and oral communication skills, confident and tenacious
¦ A strong interest in marketing and sales
