You will be responsible for the promotion of a financial product, learning how the business operates and understanding the company. You will also be responsible to coach and develop your own sales and marketing team and will have the opportunity to run your own franchise under our company umbrella. You will work your way up to trainer, team leader and finally owner. The process takes 12 to 18 months and we are very deliberate about who we bring into our professional environment.

We are seeking to recruit someone that has a good work ethic, ability to pass on knowledge and teach and train others and have raw leadership skills. In return we promise a basic salary and uncapped and competitive commission.
