An award-winning digital marketing agency with a global footprint has an exciting job opportunity for a Sell Side Campaign Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The Sell Side Campaign Manager will create and facilitate a flourishing and streamlined ad operations workflow

Your key job responsibilities as the Sell Side Campaign Manager in Cape Town:

• Management of campaigns
• Check creative material
• Handle inventory requests
• Accurately book the campaigns successfully and error free
• Intermediates with publishers to streamline campaigns
• Troubleshoot independently and find solutions to complex
• issues such as 3rd party creatives and tagging issues
• Systematically organize and complete detailed tasks including
• correct registration of time spent per task
• Understands the ad serving process and is able to work independently with publisher systems and add-on products
• Control campaign results periodically and reports the outcome to the clients
• Give advice to clients how to improve campaigns, setup or publishing portfolio (optimization)
• Be back-up for colleagues during absence and work overload
• Periodically maintain contact with clients
• Is orientated towards the satisfaction of customers and actively seeks
• for ways of keeping up this satisfaction and if possible of increasing
• Actively seeks for sales/upselling opportunities and knows clients to
• persuade on basis of argumentation
• Actively participate in meetings internally and externally
• Monitor the quality on projects, observes and reports regarding
• positive points and points of improvement

Requirements for this Sell Side Campaign Manager job in Cape Town:

• MUST have a passion for online marketing
• Strong understanding of Digital Landscape
• Good knowledge of DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is preferable or any other adserver
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript
• Tertiary education (diploma or degree)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & any other language
• Extreme attention to detail
• Analytical skills, ability to notice trends and predict outcomes
