SEM SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced and capable SEM Specialist to join our agency.

How you will stand out… You will work within a team (whilst working very closely with the Development team), so a team player is essential! This is a position where you are given the autonomy to deliver results and so requires someone with tremendous motivation and drive to succeed.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

Proven commercial experience with Google Ads (minimum 3 years) ideally working within the agency environment
Manage client & internal ad accounts.
Plan, build, implement, report and optimise campaigns to achieve set goals.
Excel & Powerpoint skills required as well.
Analysis and strategize recommendations for clients and internal projects.
Keyword analysis and research.
On-going monitoring of results and performance of strategies.
Work closely and advise the development team of necessary website changes.
Keep abreast of developments within the search industry and share the knowledge with the team and the agency.
Tag Manager experience.
Webmaster Tools experience.
Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics and Google conversion tracking methods.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to any PPC complications.
Creative and innovative with the ability to produce results (ROI) on campaigns.
Compile social media content plans. Post & promote social content internally and for clients.
Copywriting skills to compile both social media content & Google ads.
