Job Description
A presentable, vibrant and self-motivated and enthusiastic person who is reliable, efficient and enjoys pressure.
Persistent and not easily intimidated.
We support the SME market doing both onsite and remote support. You would, therefore, work both onsite and remotely from our office.
As we are a small IT company you will be expected to do everything from basic desktop to high-end server and wan support.
We work as a team and everyone does everything when needed!
We are extremely customer centric and we deliver no matter what.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (this is IT these are official working hours)
Experience/Criteria
• South African Matric with at least standard grade maths or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 4 Years working as a Computer/IT Technician
• Current!!! Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Current!!! Microsoft Server Applications : SQL 2012R2 or higher, Exchange 2013 or higher, Office 365
• Server maintenance and monitoring (including terminal servers and active directory
• Disaster recovery
• Network monitoring
• Software upgrades and installations
• Network management, VPN,DHCP,DNS,WAN
• International Certifications will be an advantage in MCSA or MCSE

Must have own Vehicle !!!!
