Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Account Manager in Durban will include:

- Monitoring lead volumes and profit margins globally
- Working with clients on their Call Centre strategy with the aim of improving conversions and profitability
- Process mapping, understanding, and optimising
- Call assessments
- 1 on 1 coaching of agents, team leaders and Sales manager on how lead are generated and the best way to sell to each lead
- Calibration sessions with the teams
- Volume management in teams
- Lead quality assessment
- Running incentives / motivating the agents
- Managing the SLA and regularly engaging with client to ensure we are meeting our commitments
- Business development – identify and execute new campaigns at client
- Reporting - Call centre (campaign, agent and team stats), Overall campaign reporting
- Act as the intermediary between client and company
- Daily operational activities as may be required
