One of our clients has got an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong staff management and organizational skills. You will have full responsibility for the Accounting Department and report directly to the Financial Director.

Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for the Creditors and the Debtors Departments.
Opening of new customer accounts and the full credit vetting process.
Oversee the processing of daily tasks and work hand in hand with the Logistics Manager and Sales Director.
Ensure that the full administrative duties are executed including the COD processes.
Responsible for month end procedures and all journal entries.
Handle any financial queries and be able to manage a staff complement of between 5-10 people.
Reconcile the Cashbook on a daily and monthly basis.
Responsible for the group branch loan accounts and petty cash processes.
Responsible for adhering to the company policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible to ensure adherence to audit schedules and assist in year-end audits and in preparations thereof.
