Our client is looking to employee a Senior Accountant with Group Financial Reporting experience. The successful candidate will need to be very accurate, analytical, strategic, results driven and influential.

CA(SA)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a financial environment

2 years’ experience in people management, advantage



Job Description:

Effectively involved with management of CA Trainees

Actively interact with senior finance employees with regards to the CA Trainee’s rotation and permanent opportunities

Interacting closely with SAICA, as well as, possible external parties

Take responsibility of reports preparation to the Board

Hands on reviewing of work performance

Manage the interim and year end preparation of IFRS financial statements

Actively identify areas of improvement and formulating recommendations to ensure improvement

Take control over the preparation of annual budgets

Ensure the management of the audit process

At times, assist with ad hoc projects
