Our Client, is seeking the services of a Senior Accountant in Hartbeespoort to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications & Experience:

B Comm Degree or similar degree preferred. Plus minimum 3 years experience as Senior Accountant
Candidates in process of completing Articles with minimum 3 years experience as Senior Accountant
Professional Registrations and Affiliations SAIPA or similar
Computer (Word, Excel, Pastel Accounting, VIP Payroll, Draftworx or Caseware)
Experience in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements on Draftworx or Caseware)
Experience in Company Tax and VAT
Practical knowledge of IFRS
Fluently Afrikaans & English Speaking
Driver's license & Own vehicle

Job Description:

Compilation of reconciliations including compensation system
Annual & Monthly financial reporting
Compilation of financial statements in accordance to IFRS
Cash Management
Training subordinates
Application of operating procedures in the execution of accounting tasks
Implementation of update of procedures manual
Security Management
Submission of VAT and TAX returns
Payroll processing on VIP Payroll

Probation period: 3 Months

Office hours: 07h30 - 17h00

Type of position: Permanent

Cost to Company: +- R 180 000 - R 300 000 per annum
