Qualification
CA (SA) or
Honours in Accounting with SAICA or SAIPA articles
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in farming or manufacturing industries
Prior exposure in manufacturing stock, complex stock valuations and detail stock reporting
Job Description:
Prepare the monthly cash flow forecasting
Take charge of daily cash flow updates, ensure preparation of daily banking and deposits reports
Daily reconciliations between cash-ups on Micros and actual cash counted, as well as daily reconciliation of credit card transactions
Ensure to complete weekly reconciliation of total cash banked vs. Cash reconciliations
Make sure to complete of credit applications
Take responsibility for the full creditors function
Take control of the debtors’ functions
Monthly allocation of Imperial Sales via remittances
Make sure to update the stock pricing
Actively calculate the monthly stock losses for Imperial
Ensure to the provision of assistance to external auditors
Take charge of the monthly preparation of banking sheet between CC and Pty cash
Take control of the provisional tax calculations and submissions
Monthly insurance, subscription, accrual and prepayment journals
Take charge of the management of Swaziland Sugar’s financial records
Monthly review and recalculations of all commissions payable
Petty cash reconciliation and posting
Updating of fixed asset register and depreciation journals and updating tax asset registers
Monthly stock valuations calculations
Actively prepare the monthly management accounts
Do the monthly calculation of diesel litres and SARS rebate
Monthly posting and reconciliation of company credit cards
Ensure the completion of monthly VAT reconciliation and submissions
