Cost Accounting exposure

Strong analytical and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong MS Excel skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk



Job Description:

Must manage day to day Vendor payment cycle.

Must be able to process, verify and reconcile invoices.

Cost analysis of vendor invoices.

Maintain age analysis.

Correcting and adjusting journals.

Deal with FOREIGN payments and EXCHANGE RATES.

Prepare and update procedure manuals.

Assist with audit preparation.

Ensure vendors are within payment terms.
