Role summary:

SANNE Management Company (Manco) is a Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) hostingplatform for both hedge funds and unit trusts.

Our hosting solution offers strong operational, risk management and compliance services while the investment manager can focus on the investment decision-making process.

We guide the client through all aspects of portfolio structuring, application, set-up and on-going operations, enabling bespoke and complex requirements to be met.


Key responsibilities:

? Manage portfolio applications and amendments from start to finish: Draft legal agreements; engage with investment managers and the administrator; prepare and submit applications to the Regulator; follow up until final approval;

? Complete necessary agreements and forms to onboard new prime brokers and open new accounts for portfolios;

? Engaging with internal teams (such as Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Custody) as well as external counterparties (such as prime brokers, Trustee, custodians, investment managers and the FSCA) in a professional and collaborative manner;

? Resolve errors and queries timeously through engagement with various parties;

? Maintain portfolio and investor marketing material and ensure investor forms meet regulatory requirements and internal policies;

? Manage the SANNE Manco website to ensure regulatory requirements are met regarding publishing deadlines and NAV price accuracy;

? Engaging with the Risk team and Compliance team on various issues impacting the Manco;

? Engage with counterparties and review, draft, finalise and implement policies and processes.

Knowledge / experience required:

? Experience in the Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) industry with a deep understanding of technical and operational requirements;

? Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the financial industry;

? Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics preferred. Other qualifications advantageous.
