JOB PURPOSE

• To Provide a Recruitment and Selection function for the organization, which will provide the necessary manpower, required operating at the optimal level.
• To provide administrative support to the Regional Human Resources Manager
• Fill vacancies in accordance with the equity plan as well as the procurement of the temporary and casual employees to ensure the availability of manpower
• Compile and maintain human resources data (statistics, reports, personnel agencies) to ensure accurate records for effective planning and management decision making.
• Facilitate effective implementation of admin and technical grades review
