One of our clients in the Enterprise and Supplier Development space is looking for a Senior Administrator.

Qualification and Experience

• Technical – Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis. Basic understanding of legal, reporting and administration.
• Non-technical - Resourcefulness, good communicator, organised, good attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, finance or legal).
• 5 – 10 years in a similar M&E role.
• Background in financial and / or legal environments preferable.
• Investment industry exposure / experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under each of these KRA’s the MEF will be required to do the following:
1. BDS Team Support
1.1. Investment support
• Log all BDS support requests in a BDS Request & Progress tracking log.
• On a weekly basis, track status of BDS requests, and BDS project progress that arise out of these requests.
• Maintenance of BDS’s own records of policies and procedures governing how BDS operates as a department within the company with specific responsibility for the investments in the Clients Portfolio.

1.2 Compliance
• All BDS investments’ compliance must be in order.
• Escalate non-compliance, as appropriate, to PIM IA’s to raise with investments’ management. Escalate unresolved requests (>30 days) to the head of PIM
• This will cover the following areas which will be monitored on a regular basis (min quarterly):
• Understand all agreements that the company has entered into that have relevance to compliance.
• Regular review of legal agreements to ensure that if the fund has certain rights and obligations to adhere to that they are being met.
• Tracking undertakings (positive and negative) such as:
• Submission of management accounts,
• Submission of audited financial statements,
• Obtain action plan for meeting the required reporting standards and monitor progress against plan for required reporting improvements,
• Any other undertakings or covenants as listed in the relevant legal agreements.
