MAIN JOB PURPOSE

To provide expert B-BBEE Advisory services to our clients, in order to ensure B-BBEE compliance is aligned with business objectives.

Duties
• Apply specialist knowledge to the DTI Codes of Practice and other relevant Legislation regarding BEE to produce the best result for clients.
• Ensure that the end-to-end process and result of each B-BBEE Audit and Consulting piece is completed correctly, in accordance to set timelines to produce the best results for the client.
• Source and sign on new clients.
• Service and network with clients to build relationships and sustain them.
• Ensure that the BEE Team produces correct, timeous, strategically sound and accurate calculations, analysis, client responses and verifications that are in the best interests of the client.
• Prepare final verification calculations and submit to analyst, for verification process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Matric Grade 12.
• Tertiary Qualification and/or relevant BEE experience.
• At least 5 years B-BBEE Consulting and/or verification experience.
• Sector codes experience will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years exposure working closely with verification agencies under SANAS.
• Project management experience highly advantageous.
• Must have driver’s license and own reliable car.
