National finacial services concern seeks and exp Senior Analyst Direct Marketing to conduct analyses on prospective new and existing customers by applying analytical methodologies to ensure quality customer leads are delivered. Develop and track management information of customer behaviour, strategy performance and trends within the portfolio. Assist Manager with the implementation of the annual Direct Marketing Plan by testing and preparing customer leads for direct campaigns.Develop appropriate strategies to continually “test and learn” and improve campaign performance. Align Direct Marketing implementations to business requirements to ensure they’re on-time, within budget and to the required standards.Analyse the campaign performance to gain insight and understand the commercial, operational and customer impacts of the portfolio strategy.Document, recommend and present key portfolio results/findings and design improved strategies that will outperform previous strategies. Mentor junior team members.

Essential: Minimum of B. of Science Degree, B.Com (Economic Science), B.Com (general with economics as major). Advantageous Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management + 3yrs relevant work experience as an Analyst in an analytical environment preferably in a medium to large commercial company.Business knowledge and knowledge of Credit Life Cycle. Experience in analytical methodologies and programmes for statistical analysis (such as SAS or SQL) and manipulation of very large data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Experience in campaign management and execution
