Duties:
Producing well designed applications through:
Full SDLC
Analysing user requirements accurately
Working in a team
Following Kanban framework / Agile Methodology
Taking ownership for accomplishing various requests to achieve information systems and organization mission

Development and maintenance of in-house applications (.Net(C#/ASP) & SQL Server):
Completing requirements analysis
Evaluating and preparing alternative solutions
Developing specifications in compliance with industry best practices and internal standards and procedures
Understanding of design and implementation of 3-tier architecture (MVC / Layered Architecture)
Establishing and maintaining system development standard documentation
Providing technical support when required
Developing reusable applications and testing routines in order to reduce costs and increase serviceability
Software Maintenance and refactoring
Using Source Control/Branching
Identifying and resolving faults
Mentoring junior developers
Debugging Codes

Requirements:
Grade 12
Degree or Diploma, relevant to the position
At least 5-years’ related experience
Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary Fund environment beneficial
Experience in Delphi
Experience in MVC
5 years’ experience in developing financial systems
Proven technical competency in similar role
Technical ability
