Senior Associate
- Corporate Commercial/ M and A /Private Equity Attorney

A large reputable Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate in their Corporate Commercial department which will involve has experience in drafting commercial agreements, the provision of opinions and corporate related work to Private Equity.

The role will involve drafting commercial agreements, the provision of opinions and corporate related work on Private Equity.

The successful candidate will be expected to assume responsibility for working closely with clients, as well as managing elements of various transactions

Assisting with negotiating and drafting of various commercial agreements and corporate documents

Researching law and drafting opinions

Advising on mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions

Undertaking due diligence investigations


Attending to smaller matters, and larger matters, independently

- Must have an LLB degree (with a strong academic record) and admitted

- 4-6 years PQE in Corporate Commercial M & A

- Experience in commercial transactions, drafting various types of commercial agreements and company law

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
