Strong leadership skills
Must have experience of B2B complex sales environment in sales of software development solutions and digital applications for the life Insurance industry and other industries
Very good Experience gained in sales of software business systems in the financial Life Insurance industry
Excellent Understanding of software development solutions needed in the Life insurance business services
Excellent understanding of digital technology
Strong grasp and understanding of commercial concepts
Must be willing to travel in Africa very much
Excellent interpersonal skills
Inherent drive and motivation to be successful
The individual will be leading the sales team and developing a sales strategy to help grow the business by selling the companies Life insurance software development solutions digital suite to existing and potential clients.
Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate lead opportunities
Provide engaging and articulate information about value proposition to potential customers
Identify business challenges and problems within a potential customers and match these to the what the company is offering
Manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle
Efficient management of the sales pipeline using existing defined processes as well as improvement on these processes
Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, face to face meetings, etc.

Salary R1 million CTC package + Commission
