Qualification:

Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Master’s degree

Minimum 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience in modern and digital retail banking

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ senior management experience

Experience working with and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within a retail bank

Job Description:

Oversight and management of the operational framework to support customer acquisition and ongoing support processes.

Responsible for continuous re-engineering of banking processes towards Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and keeping up with trends in the retail banking ecosystem.

Monthly SLA management of key contracted external and internal stakeholders which includes review, escalation and governance.

Provide Back Office administration functions related to Banking Operations.

Work closely with the business unit’s compliance team to ensure the optimal operational implementation thereof, as it pertains to various legislative and regulatory requirements.

Manage regulatory and compliance key stakeholder relationships as it pertains to existing and new initiatives.

Ensure operational excellence around change management, which includes the approval of deployments that impact Banking Operations.

Involvement in UAT testing (to ensure requirements are met), co-ordination around deployments, and post implementation health checks.

Complete business analyses documentation, impact analysis and review of all Banking Operations changes.

Review and update contractual requirements and related SLA impacts of the change. Maintenance of processes and standard operating procedures impacted by the change.

Ownership and maintenance of Banking Operations processes and standard operating procedures, daily MIS reporting and exception management, within the construct of the agreed SLA parameters.
