We are currently looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our EOH Coastal team.

About the position:
• Solving data problems in a systematic, solution focussed manner.
• Communicate their plans and actions effectively with all stakeholders throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Focus on adding value to the client.
• Strong member of the data competency community and makes regular contributions.
• Understands, provides input, and enforces company technical practises and standards.
• Proficient in all steps throughout the data SDLC, from envisioning to final production deployment.

Responsibilities:
• Developing solutions in SSIS, SSRS. T-SQL and SSAS as well as other aspects of Microsoft SQL.
• Overseeing and executing delivery of solutions, by knowing the technical strengths of each team member.
• Building a solution that is technically excellent and reflects qualities appropriate to the requirement.
• Conducting SDLC and deployment activities that ensures quality of a world-class standard.
• Embracing the EOH culture by communicating our principles, best practices and values to junior team members.
• Building an environment which supports standards and best engineering practises and ensuring that those practises are adhered to appropriately by the team.

Requirements:
• Demonstrable database development experience
• DB Optimisation knowledge
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in developing solutions
