Senior Bookkeeper Brackenfell Cape Town

Our Metal Steel Manufacturer in Brackenfell Cape Town is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with at least 5 years’ Experience doing the FULL Spectrum of Accounting and Payroll on PASTEL. They have about 40 staff members and full payroll is needed.

Salary Negotiable to experience – Hours Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm & Fridays till 3pm

Starting Date 2nd Jan 2018 or 1st February 2018

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Relevant Accounting Bookkeeping Qualification would be an advantage
• 5 years Bookkeeping Accounting Experience up to TB – PASTEL
• Full Payroll Function – 40 staff members
• Excellent in Excel and Costings
• Driver’s License
• Computer literate and bilingual

Job requirements
• Full Bookkeeping up to BS on Pastel – 2 Companies
• Full Creditors and Debtors Function
• Full Payroll Function – 40 Staff (some forth night and some monthly)
• Full SARS Efiling – ensure readiness for payment
• Record Keeping of 15 Vehicles Service reports, petrol usage and Licencing per year
• Record Keeping of Retention Documents and Contracts
