Experience and Knowledge

Ability to understand business requirements and translate into architectural deliverables
Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow a project plan and meet project deliverables
Ability to adapt to other working styles, organize, lead, and influence others
Computer literacy: MS Office - full package(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Extensive knowledge and use of Software Toolset : Visio, Aris
Focuses on functional and operating efficiency and effectiveness.
And understanding of the principles of research, development and the formalization, documentation and implementation of the agreed policy.
A full understanding of the customer value chain
Experience in Customer Portfolio Management
Ability to develop an understanding of the broader business environment in which they work from an industry, organization, Business Unit and role perspective

Qualifications

B Com in Business Analytics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Project Management qualification
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in business analytic s
• Proven experience in a leading role on business transformation projects
• 3 - 5 years’ Management experience
• 5 years’ experience in process mapping
