Experience and Knowledge

· Ability to understand business requirements and translate into architectural deliverables

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow a project plan and meet project deliverables

· Ability to adapt to other working styles, organize, lead, and influence others

· Computer literacy: MS Office - full package(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Extensive knowledge and use of Software Toolset : Visio, Aris

· Focuses on functional and operating efficiency and effectiveness.

· Sound understanding of the principles of research, development and the formalisation, documentation and implementation of the agreed policy.

· A full understanding of the customer value chain

· Experience in Customer Portfolio Management

· Ability to develop an understanding of the broader business environment in which they work from an industry, organisation, Business Unit and role perspective

Qualifications

B Com in Business Analytics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Project Management qualification

• 5 - 7 years’ experience in business analytics

• Proven experience in a leading role on business transformation projects

• 3 - 5 years’ Management experience

• 5 years’ experience in process mapping
