Our client is looking to employ a Senior Business Analyst: SAP Banking to provide core banking system maintenance & support services through gathering user requirements from business process owners. To provide SAP banking training to process owners and power users. To guide, support and mentor the more junior team members.
Key Performance Areas
Application Support, Maintenance and Changes to Business solutions and processes
Gathering SAP systems requirements and developing, designing and delivering the SAP systems process recommendations required to support the various Business Units.
Develop and review business cases, functional specifications, blue prints, and all other associated documentation.
Actively assist Business Units to craft business cases for sponsor approval
Meet service level and quality standards assigned
Comply with IT governance standards and procedures.
Analyze and apply required configuration changes or development to fulfil change requests.
Testing of configuration changes in Development (DEV) and send to Quality Assurance (QA) for final sign off and transport to production (PRD)
Complete all change control administration and facilitate implementation of changes to Production
Establish and maintain regular meetings with different User Group representatives (management) to proactively encourage process and system improvements in line with the strategic objectives of the Bank.
Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (IT)
SAP Banking or FI Certification
ITIL certification
5-8 years Extensive experience in working within business solution teams performing IT application development and maintenance functions (planning, design, development, testing and implementation) in an ERP environment
Practical experience implementing new and supporting a SAP Banking and Finance solution (processes and applications).

Salary: R Negotiable CTC - per month depending on work experience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
