To analyse business needs and to propose and help implement solutions to meet the business objectives to work at our Head Office in Centurion

Experience & Qualifications
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant BA qualification
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years BA experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Add value to business owners by gaining a deep understanding of business objectives and by highlighting opportunities and suggesting innovative solutions that link to business objectives;
•Add value to business owners by highlighting the impact of solutions on business processes and systems;
•Create a thorough understanding of the gap between the current situation and the proposed solution (Understand the current situation thoroughly and do a proper gap analysis when suggesting a solution);
•Transform business requirements to a level of detail appropriate for implementation (Analyse and document detail business requirements correctly and clearly in terms of relevant artefacts like user stories with acceptance criteria; process diagrams; data models; business rules; wireframes/mock-ups);
•Ensure quality of software by being involved in testing and making sure that functionality demonstrated in the sprint review is according to the business requirement;
•Active participation within the defined support process (3rd level support) and effective problem solving assistance;
•Ensure rapid delivery of quality, working software by actively participating in all agile ceremonies;
•Maintain effective relationships with own team and all stakeholders in area of responsibility;
•Promote own professional development by engaging in appropriate training and/or learning interventions.
