The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a fast paced, retail environment liaising with the business and key stakeholders. You will have a proven analytical background and be the key point between development and testing, while having extensive knowledge of retail (technically and commercially).

A relevant Information Technology Degree or Business Analysis Diploma
Experience & Skills
• A minimum of 5 years’ Business and Systems analysis experience in the retail industry
• A strong understanding of internet / intranet applications
• Experience of working in an AGILE / SCRUM environment
• Experience of working within a technical team, interpreting business requirements into solution driven requirements
• Proven problem solving and diagnostic work
• Involvement in functional / technical design sessions with the development teams
Documentation
• Where required, for large pieces of work complete BRS, FRS or SDD
• Analyse requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities and write specifications
• Create functional specifications and system design specifications for smaller user requirement specifications for new features required by clients
• Involvement in functional / technical design sessions with the development teams
