Relevant IT Degree (BTech (IT), BSc or BComm) or Diploma

FTI



Skills & Experience:

5 years’ experience

Background in Software Development Projects and Methodologies

Design/document business processes

Testing of new systems and processes

Identifying business requirements

Define system requirements and GAP Analysis



Job Description:

Business and process analysis: includes gap analysis and impact assessment

Facilitation: information gathering sessions, workshops and meetings

Support to the business: business and process improvement as well as efficiencies

Business Requirement Specification documents: quality, structured, comprehensive and detailed documentation

Liaise between business owners, product managers, development teams, trainers and users

Design and sign off training material for new staff

Post implementation support

Assist in the continuous development and improvement of the business analysis framework

Consultation and input to new initiatives
