Four year B Degree (Honours) - Electrical Engineering or Three years Computer Science Degree

Ten years Utility related experience with specific emphasis on Utility Information Technologies supporting the following business capabilities:
- Outage Management.
- Network Management.
- Network Optimisation.
Five years Business Analyst Experience, That is, proven Business Analyst skills with customer references.
