Senior Business Analyst
Our Client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst in our Technology Department. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business and the management of change initiatives within the business environment. Providing consulting services and representing business on all change projects/initiatives


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Investigation and analysis of business needs (problems and growth opportunities) including root cause and gap analysis.
• Analysis of new proposals, system enhancement requests and any other change to establish feasibility, the priority/urgency and benefits/values of each request.
• Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on operations of the organisation.
• Evaluate completed business case against quality standards and business strategic goals.
• Prepare documentation aligned to the needs of the business to support the business case, solution scope and objectives.
• Assist business in optimising, streamlining and/or adapt systems/processes to respond to business needs.
• Assist and support business during the UAT and change management phases of enhancement and project implementations by working with stakeholders and associated business units to reduce resistance and effect organisational change.
• Ensure alignment of test packs/cases/outcomes to requirements and solution definition.
• Continuous stakeholder management and engagement (over all spectrums), including superior service delivery Investigation and analysis of business needs (problems and growth opportunities) including root cause and gap analysis.

• Ensure requirements are clear and concise to be translated into system changes as and when required.
• Manage requirements and associated changes to the requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Identify and assess the impact of the solution on all stakeholders and all elements of the business and system architecture.
• Assist and support business during the UAT and change management phases of enhancement and project implementations by working with stakeholders and associated business units to reduce resistance and effect organisational change.
• Ensure alignment of test packs/cases/outcomes to requirements and solution definition.
• Product/ Sprint backlog management.
• Continuous stakeholder management and engagement (over all spectrums), including superior service delivery
