One of our top clients in the Mining Industry is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager.

Main purpose of the job:
- To project manage transactions and other company initiatives
- To determine the viability of transactions/initiatives through the gathering, analysis and modelling of data
- To compile reports, memos, presentations as required making recommendations to the GM
- To support the GM by conducting in-depth research and analysis from a technical perspective to assist with driving mergers and acquisitions in Sub-Saharan Africa and executing deals
- To supervise and review the work of external consultants, junior analysts and any other parties as required
