Job Description:

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who will be responsible for the planning, organising and control of all purchasing functions for the Underground Expansion Project.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Plan, organise and control all purchasing functions
Do monthly reporting to Management
Ensure that the section operates procedurally correct
Meet requirements of customers

Minimum Requirements:

3-year Diploma / Degree in Purchasing and Materials Management
2 years’ purchasing experience (Capital, Services and Consumables)
Valid drivers’ licence
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Other Skills/Competencies:

Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Advanced knowledge in purchasing and procurement fields
Ability to plan, organise and control
Project management skills
Sound business acumen
Sense of accuracy and attention to detail
