Our Client requires the services of a Senior C# Software Developer with a passion for development, always trying new things, willing to learn and be part of a small development team of around 20 highly motivated individuals.

Key roles and responsibilities:
? Meet best practice criteria in the design of software and aligned with roadmap as provided by Enterprise System Architect.
? Meet best practice criteria in the software development process.
? Follow the system roadmaps and technology strategy.
? Customers’ satisfaction with new system as measured within 3 months after implementation.
? Delivering “first time right” applications to the testing team.
? Attending to bugs allocated in a timely manner.
? Regular maintenance of existing systems.
? Ensure that development standards are followed.
? Implementation / utilization of TFS.
? Preparing any required documentation needed (example CCB).
? Knowledge transfer / training of first tier support (Support Division).
? Knowledge transfer / training of fellow developers.

Qualifications, experience and competencies required:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in ASP.NET (C#) Web development
Web-services (specifically WCF) experience required
JavaScript knowledge and experience essential
Knowledge of J Query advantageous
XML Experience beneficial
SOA Experience beneficial
JSON Experience beneficial
Extensive Experience in SQL Server 2005/2008/2010, including:
Relational database design
Extensive and complex SQL queries
Stored procedures / functions
Remote servers
Triggers and Cursors
Exposure to good coding standard practices and source code configuration management (Team Foundation Server / Perforce)
