A Web Development and Business Intelligence company based in Sandton are looking for Senior C#.Net Developers with SQL Experience to employ on a 4 month contract to start as soon as possible. Must preferably be available immediately
Salary: R400 – R425p/h

Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualifications
• More than 3 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of .NET web framework
• Proficient in C# and VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns
• Good experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with popular web application frameworks
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework
• Familiarity with Windows Communication Framework
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Bitbucket)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Silverlight a benefit
• Strong understanding of TFS2012+ a benefit
