Ongoing contract (must be available immediately)
Serving inbound customers end to end and identify any opportunities to generate leads on the customer's current motor package
Minimum 3 years inbound sales experience or service advisor within a MOTOR INDUSTRY is ESSENTIAL
Must have excellent understanding of vehicle specification and vehicle purchase
Ability to handle customer's complaints as well as upselling of products
Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening skills
Demonstrated aptitude in sales or marketing techniques with proven ability to cultivate customer relationships
Ability to work shift hours
Must be credit clear and criminal clear
