Our client URGENTLY requires a highly motivated and goal orientated Senior Call Centre Manager to start yesterday.
Qualifications:
Bcom degree in management or equivalent
60 or 120 credits on NQF level 5 - Wealth Management (Depending on date achieved)
Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives
Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals
FAIS, FICA, TCF, LTIA knowledge
Experience:
8 years experience within a call centre environment
5 years experience within a life insurance industry
5 years experience within a senior management role
Salary R700k to 1Million CTC
